                    SGM covers all components with a one year parts and labour
                    warranty unless otherwise offered by the manufacturer. 
                     
                    SGM covers all Stealth systems with a 3 year parts and labour,
                    depot warranty excluding the hard drive. Hard drives as covered
                    as per the manufacturers warranty. For example currently SCSI
                    HDD’s – 3 year, ATA HDD’s 8MB Cache – 3 year, ATA HDD’s 2MB
                    Cache – 1 year. SGM will cover the return to client freight
                    on all in warranty systems. Systems being shipped to SGM must
                    be shipped prepaid and marked with the RMA number. 
                  
                     
                    SGM does offer a 2 year extended hard drive warranty for drives
                    that only carry a 1 year manufactures warranty. The extended
                    warranty matches the HDD warranty to the system warranty.
                   
                   
                    Remote Assistance and Diagnostics. Using SGM’s RAD service
                    our technicians can log into a client PC to assist the user
                    or diagnose system problems. The RAD service is initiated
                    by the client and requires the internet connection to be present.
                    Because this service is client initiated the service works
                    through firewalls. Once the session is over the agent software
                    is automatically deleted from the users PC and there is no
                    further access unless the client initiates a new session.
                    RAD service can be purchased as a flat fee with a new Stealth
                    system or on a per connection basis. 
                    
                    SGM can provide Next Business Day onsite support within the
                    Lower Mainland on Stealth systems. Onsite warranty includes
                    RAD service which is used to predetermine the problem. Onsite
                    warranty covers hardware and preinstalled Windows operating
                    system only. It does not cover the client’s application software
                    or hardware installed after purchase. An additional fee will
                    be charged for no fault found service calls. 
                     
                    The perfect solution for the small to medium office without
                    a IT department. For a flat monthly fee the client receives
                    1 hour of onsite technical time per system per month(prescheduled
                    visits). This time can be used for general system and network
                    maintenance and software upgrades (ie Virus and OS updates)
                    or user training. Also included in Managed Systems is our
                    Next Business Day onsite warranty for hardware failures and
                    our RAD service.
